SORT THE MATERIALS
Please sort all
magazines.
Miscellaneous magazines can be sorted, each by its own
title, regardless of date. All Sunday school (and anything
used in a classroom setting) should be sorted by age groups
and quarters.
In other words, sort it as if you were giving it to a
teacher in your church. Bundle each kind with rubber bands.
Bundle Each kind with rubber bands.
We apologize if this seems to be asking too much of you,
but we presently have over 100,000 pounds of literature that
must be sorted before it can be used, so we feel we simply
must ask for your help.
Please sort cassettes between
- Bible reading,
- Bible teaching or sermons and
- Music.
Resource kits (teaching kits) -
- Please put all the loose pieces in the proper kits.
- Fasten the resource kits, teachers and pupils books of
the same kind together.
- Do not put the books in the kits.

WHY MAIL THEM TO ELHM?
Some ask, "If I am willing to box and ship my materials
overseas, wouldn't that be better than shipping it to you? I
could save the extra shipping cost."
One literature ministry works on this principle. We do
not--at least, not at this time. The reason is that we are
filling orders that churches & Bible schools have
requested.
In any one order there may be many different things, such
as Bibles, New Testaments, tracts, tapes, various types of
books, Sunday School magazines, etc. It is much easier to
handle the shipping from one location. And, unless the boxes
are strong and properly packed they won't make the trip to
the other side of the world.
BULLETIN INSERTS AVAILABLE
Bulletin inserts are available, at no cost, to help
churches in their collection of Christian literature.
HELP WITH THE SHIPPING COSTS
If you would like to do more than just gather your
literature, we have a suggestion. If you, your church or group
are able to donate one dollar a pound to ship the literature
you donate, we can send the material immediately.
We have over 6,000 requests for literature that is not
being filled, mainly because of the lack of funds for
shipping. Your assistance is greatly needed.
DO NOT PUT MONEY IN YOUR
SHIPMENTS
Please do not include your offerings with your literature
shipments. We know you want us to receive your offerings,
otherwise you would not be sending it. But there is too great
a risk of it being lost when included with your shipments.
