HOW YOU CAN BE PERSONALLY INVOLVED IN THIS MINISTRY
BECOME A PRAYER
PARTNER
Hundreds of prayer partners are
needed. These become the backbone of the ministry.
When you decide to be a prayer partner, please send your
name and address and we will mail specific prayer requests.
Prayer cards are also available to remind you to pray for us.
Additionally, we now publish a Monthly Prayer
Calendar listing specific needs of this ministry and those
who are related to us around the world. We assign a specific
need to be prayed for each day of the month. Your prayers
combined with the prayers of others the same day for the same
need have the power to bring God's answer to bear in each
situation.
GATHER CHRISTIAN LITERATURE
"Stop! Don't throw out that
Christian book!" The "crumbs" of unused Christian books
that "fall from the tables" of our bookshelves provide
"bread" for the spiritually starving of the world. Your
"crumbs" can make a real difference.
Thousands of volunteers gather Christian literature from
all over the United States and ship it to our warehouse. You
can gather literature as an individual, a family, a
church, a Christian school or home school group, or
any ministry group. Bulletin inserts and flyers can be
provided to assist with the collection.
We especailly encourage "literature drives" --from cleaning
out family attics and basements to collecting leftover
books from yard sales, "flea markets," and used
curriculum sales. We also welcome the literature from
estates, publisher seconds, and the retired materials from
Christian school and church libraries.
For a complete list of the literature we receive please see Literature Gathering. You

BE A TRANSPORTER
A transporter is one who serves
as a collection point for Christian literature from his local
area and brings (transports) it to our warehouse in Decatur,
AL
A transporter may also be a volunteer driver with the
capacity to haul literature from various locations in a
region via truck, van or trailer combination. In some
cases we have partnered with more distant ministries who have
agreed to receive materials for us as intermediate drop-off
points, creating a chain network of transporters.
Under certain circumstances we will share the costs of
transport. Please call for details.
All literature should be brought or shipped to:
